Each year USA TODAY ranks the commercials after their air in the Super Bowl. In fact, they even get a team of watchers to vote as they watch. Pretty technical stuff. Whether this causes companies like Bud Light, Doritos or Coca-Cola to raise their game is undetermined, but it makes for good water-cooler fodder. So this year's the winner of the "Ad Meter" is the Snickers ad featuring Betty White.
Funny this ad only made it to number 3 on the WTF Ad Meter. Perhaps Fadoo's criteria are a bit different.
